Who We are Looking For

Our successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing various transaction requests on client accounts in an accurate and timely manner.  Our new processor will support and our advisors and clients with professionalism and confidentiality.

 About the Role

• Minimum of two years experience in processing a variety of insurance and investment products
• Knowledge of mutual funds, segregated funds, investment products and life insurance products
• Excellent computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in a variety of computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook as well as Dataphile, Wealthserve and Fundserv
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet stated deadlines
• Mutual Fund Registration an asset – MFDA or CSC

Responsibilities

• Review all submitted trade paperwork such as purchases, redemptions, switches, transfers, systematic plans and non-financial requirements for proper documentation and authorization
• Review and update all life insurance applications
• File or submit paperwork to Compliance
• Review and administer various projects and internal reports
